This is another decent training ride from Danny and it is one loop of the Ironman, Bolton, 2-loop bike course to take place on Sunday 15/07/2018. On the day, it’s twice around, plus and out and with the back leg, makes it 112 miles in total.
However, this one loop ride still encompasses two climbs of note are Sheephouse lane (awesome climb, the bit up to the large Oak Tree) is one Danny tells me, he’s been doing since he was about 11-12. Hunters hill is the second main climb, it’s shorter but steeper. The rest of the course is rolling/flat with a couple of small climbs but nothing to worry about. Also features an amazing descent from Tockholes which is about 6 miles flat out on new tarmac, whoosh!…Good luck ?
